Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
Location: Slough, Windsor & Maidenhead
Contract: Part-Time
Salary: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour

Could you be the Field Care Supervisor in Slough, Maidenhead & Windsor we’re looking for? As well as supporting clients in their own homes, you’ll mentor, support, review and assess the work of our care professionals, providing feedback for training and development.
As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.
Updating systems, checking care notes and supporting with client and staff compliance will also form part of this role.

Applicants will need to be a driver with access to their own vehicle as this role is field based.
We cannot offer Visa Sponsorship for this role so applicants will need the "Right to work" within the UK
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
