Home Instead - Hinckley, Burbage and Nuneaton

Job Type - Part Time (weekend role) with visits in the week to pick up if wanted

Salary - Competitive

Rates Per Hour

  • Monday-Friday
    09.00 till 17.59 £13.75 Per hour
  • Monday-Thursday
    18.00 till 22.30 £14.75 Per hour
  • Friday
    18.00 till 22.30 £15.75 Per hour
  • Saturday-Sunday
    06.45 till 22.30 £15.75 Per hour

Shift - Friday 5:00pm - Monday 9:00am (alternate weekends)

⭐️ As a Weekend Care Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Support and supervise weekend care delivery in the local community
  • Provide personal care and help clients with daily living tasks
  • Step in and deliver care visits when needed
  • Update care records using Birdie (our digital care system)
  • Audit care plans and ensure everything meets CQC standards
  • Respond to queries and emergencies during your shift
  • Mentor and shadow new care team members
  • Carry out administrative tasks and onboard new clients
  • Carry out Support visits and Quality and Assurance calls
