Home Instead - Hinckley, Burbage and Nuneaton
Job Type - Part Time (weekend role) with visits in the week to pick up if wanted
Salary - Competitive
Rates Per Hour
- Monday-Friday
09.00 till 17.59 £13.75 Per hour - Monday-Thursday
18.00 till 22.30 £14.75 Per hour - Friday
18.00 till 22.30 £15.75 Per hour - Saturday-Sunday
06.45 till 22.30 £15.75 Per hour
Shift - Friday 5:00pm - Monday 9:00am (alternate weekends)
⭐️ As a Weekend Care Supervisor, you’ll:
- Support and supervise weekend care delivery in the local community
- Provide personal care and help clients with daily living tasks
- Step in and deliver care visits when needed
- Update care records using Birdie (our digital care system)
- Audit care plans and ensure everything meets CQC standards
- Respond to queries and emergencies during your shift
- Mentor and shadow new care team members
- Carry out administrative tasks and onboard new clients
- Carry out Support visits and Quality and Assurance calls

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to stay calm and lead by example
- Access to your own car and valid driving licence
- Available to work alternate weekends
- Previous experience is essential!
