Key Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor and supervise Care Assistants in the community.
  • Conduct spot checks, observations, customer assessments and reviews.
  • Complete and update care plans and risk assessments.
  • Monitor care quality and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
  • Support customers, families and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and respond to urgent care issues when required.
  • Assist with care visits where needed to ensure continuity of service.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Experience in domiciliary care
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Experience completing care assessments and reviews
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Working towards or holding a Level 3 qualification
