Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
Location: Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham
Contract: Full-Time 30 hours (plus some additional overtime) on call 2 weekends a month
Salary: £23,400 (dependent on experience)

Could you be the Field Care Supervisor in Orpington we’re looking for?
You’ll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of care services for our clients. You’ll be running visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals and providing feedback for training and development. As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.
You’re someone who loves working with people and helping their development, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care. You’ll need to have some previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency and mentoring care teams and also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as care assistant, senior care assistant, care worker or support worker.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
