Job Description
About the Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of care while supporting both our clients and Care Professionals. You'll be responsible for overseeing care delivery, conducting quality assurance, and building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
Some of the Things You'll Be Doing
- Support care consultations and service reviews, creating comprehensive client support plans
- Conduct staff supervisions and client quality assurance visits
- Manage and audit client care plans using our digital care planning systems
- Maintain accurate records on Home Instead software and People Planner
- Facilitate introductions between clients and Care Professionals
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Mentor and support our Care Professional team
- Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuous support
- Ensure compliance with equality, diversity, and health & safety policies

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in the care sector delivering personal care services
- Experience working with MAR sheets (eMar) and medication management in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of health and social care legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Confidence with care management technology and ability to train others
- Proficiency with IT systems including Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
- Flexible, organised approach to meet business needs

Compensation: GBP 27000 - GBP 30000 - yearly
