Rainbow Care Solutions is a well-established home care provider, supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes for over 20 years.
We’re looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our St Helens branch and help us maintain outstanding standards of care, compliance, and staff support in the community.
The Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be out in the community ensuring our care delivery is safe, person-centred, and aligned with CQC expectations. You’ll support carers to do their best work, carry out quality checks, and help ensure every client receives consistent, respectful care.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out supervisions, spot checks, and competency assessments in the field
- Support with staff inductions, shadow shifts, and ongoing training/mentoring
- Complete quality monitoring and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support with care plan reviews, risk assessments, and client updates
- Work closely with the branch team to maintain CQC compliance and high service standards
- Respond professionally to concerns, incidents, and feedback, escalating appropriately
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and care staff

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role within domiciliary care (Field Care Supervisor / Senior Carer / Care Coordinator)
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care
- Confident completing documentation and using digital systems (training provided)
- Excellent communication and ability to support and motivate a care team
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and prioritise effectively
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
