The role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Change Specialist to join our growing Partnership Support Function.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the Field Management Team and the wider Partnership Support Directorate. This role is responsible for organising and coordinating business change, for example when Partners have long periods of absence or rules or processes change. You make sure the right teams know what to do, clients are kept updated. This is a highly collaborative position where you’ll coordinate complex, often sensitive activities. You’ll be at the heart of delivering outcomes, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a highly organised and resilient professional with a calm approach. Confident in operating with ambiguity and sensitive situations. You’ll be someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, builds strong relationships across teams, and communicates with clarity, empathy and influence. A proactive, willing attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering good outcomes for clients and partners will be key to success in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating end-to-end activities for our Partnership Cases
  • Handling timelines, dependencies, risks, actions and decisions to ensure activities are delivered smoothly and on time
  • Acting as a central point of coordination, maintaining accurate records and dashboards as a single source of truth
  • Triaging and allocating client and partner queries during sensitive cases, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
  • Creating, checking and issuing client correspondence with a high level of accuracy and the correct tone
  • Running multiple workstreams concurrently while meeting agreed SLAs and quality standards
  • Distributing and coordinating corporate leads to ensure clients are appropriately matched to advice routes
  • Supporting change initiatives, projects and consultations across the Field and Partnership
  • Creating and maintaining SOPs, checklists and guidance, and supporting colleagues to remain audit-ready

Essential skills and experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite - including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to operate multiple processes with opposing deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build effective relationships without formal authority
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

Desirable skills and experience

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience supporting change initiatives, projects or complex operational processes
  • Knowledge or experience of the Partnership or exposure to a Wealth Management environment

Special Requirements:

  • Willingness and able to travel within the UK for team meetings on an ad hoc basis
