Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

  • Provide expert clinical support during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Ensure safe and effective use of Boston Scientific products.
  • Support physicians, nurses and allied healthcare professionals during product evaluations and routine procedures.
  • Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues in real time.
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge and remain current with new technologies and therapies.

Customer Education

  • Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training.
  • Organise and facilitate educational programmes for hospital staff.
  • Support physician onboarding and therapy adoption.
  • Share clinical best practices and procedural efficiencies.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term professional relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
  • Become a trusted clinical advisor through responsiveness, credibility and expertise.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.

Business Partnership

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to support account strategies and customer plans.
  • Contribute clinical insights during account planning.
  • Support product launches and new therapy introductions.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with internal stakeholders.

Territory Management

  • Plan clinical support activities effectively across assigned accounts.
  • Prioritise workload based on customer needs and business priorities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity reporting.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.

Compliance & Quality

  • Operate in accordance with Boston Scientific policies, industry regulations and local NHS requirements.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Report complaints and adverse events according to company procedures.
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behaviour and patient safety.
