A few years ago, every security vendor suddenly became a cloud security vendor.
Today, we're watching the same thing happen with AI.
The difference? Most organisations are still trying to figure out what AI security actually means beyond the marketing slides.
That's where this role comes in.
A security company that has already established itself as a leader in its category is now investing heavily in the next generation of AI security products. They're looking for someone who can sit comfortably at the intersection of security, software engineering, product strategy, and customer engagement.
Not someone who simply talks about AI.
Someone who understands how it works, where it breaks, and how enterprises can adopt it safely.
This is a highly technical leadership position where you'll become a trusted advisor to some of the world's largest organisations as they navigate the challenges of securing AI applications, models, agents, and workflows. You'll work directly with customers, but you'll also have a meaningful voice internally, influencing product direction, shaping strategy, and helping engineering teams understand the realities of the market.

You'll likely bring a combination of the following:
- A senior leadership background within a cybersecurity vendor
- Experience as a Field CTO, leader in Solution or Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, software engineering, or modern security architecture
- The ability to engage equally well with CISOs, security architects, engineering leaders, and product teams
- A track record of translating complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes
- Genuine curiosity about the rapidly evolving AI security landscape

This isn't one of them.
You'll have visibility across customers, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, helping shape how an emerging AI security platform evolves in response to real-world challenges.
