Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Field Delivery Manager to lead a team of technicians across the South East region, covering London to Portsmouth.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll drive operational performance, ensure contractual commitments are delivered, maintain strong customer relationships, and support the development of a high-performing field team. This is a hybrid role involving regular site visits across the region, remote working, and occasional office attendance. A company car is provided.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of HVAC technicians.
- Ensure contractual obligations, service standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
- Review service contracts and monitor performance against agreed service levels.
- Manage resource planning and workload allocation to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Review and approve remedial repair quotations while maintaining business margins.
- Conduct regular site visits to support technicians and ensure service quality.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including RAMS, PPE, tool management and equipment calibration.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive service excellence and business growth.

Requirements
- Experience managing field-based engineering or service teams within the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Experience reviewing contracts and delivering against service level agreements.
- Proven people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- IOSH qualification or similar Health & Safety training is desirable.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and field service systems.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East region.
