๐ About the Role
BCIC Swiss Ltd. | Best Connect International Company is looking for experienced Field Engineers to support an onsite Poly device deployment project in Derby, UK. The engineers will be responsible for device provisioning, configuration, certificate enrolment, Microsoft Teams registration, testing, and troubleshooting according to the clientโs deployment methodology.

๐ Key Responsibilities
- Perform onsite provisioning and configuration of Poly devices
- Complete certificate enrolment and Microsoft Teams registration
- Perform device testing and troubleshooting
- Follow the clientโs deployment methodology and technical documentation
- Resolve basic configuration and connectivity issues
- Escalate complex technical issues to the L2/client team when required
- Ensure all deployment activities are completed accurately and professionally
โ Requirements
- Experience in Field Engineering, IT Support, or Device Deployment
- Hands-on experience with device configuration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
- Previous experience with Poly devices is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Valid UK SC Security Clearance is mandatory
