About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Field Engineer for a fast-growing technology company backed by world-class investors that is leading the way in redefining digital identity for the global economy.
In this position, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for product rollouts and integrations, taking charge of technically scoping requirements, troubleshooting complex issues, and closely collaborating with engineering teams to enhance implementation flows.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary technical lead for customer integrations, ensuring smooth product rollouts and the scalable deployment of identity solutions.
- Assess and scope technical requirements at the beginning of the client lifecycle to guarantee a seamless onboarding process.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, delivering quick and dependable support to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to refine implementation workflows and enhance core tooling.
- Connect sophisticated technical features with real-world customer needs to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Whom We Are Looking For
- Extensive knowledge of compliance standards, particularly in the fields of KYC, KYB, and AML.
- Solid software development experience with TypeScript; familiarity with technologies like Node.js, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS is highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships across product development, sophisticated technology, and client-facing communication.
- Exceptional English communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to stay focused and resilient under pressure in dynamic, fast-evolving situations.
- A strategic systems perspective to understand the reciprocal relationship between customer choices and product development.
Remote Work Policy
In this role, you will work fully remote from anywhere within Western Europe, giving you maximum flexibility while maintaining close team alignment.
