About Cupix
Cupix is the industry's Spatial Intelligence Platform. We help construction and facility teams detect meaningful issues, align design intent with site reality, and protect their projects with a defensible spatial record. Our platform turns physical spaces into living digital twins to give owners, contractors, and operators the visibility they need to make confident decisions at every stage of the project lifecycle. We work with some of the largest owners, general contractors, and asset managers in the world. We are growing our EMEA presence and this role sits at the centre of that expansion.
About the role
We're looking for an EMEA Field & Events Marketing Manager to build and run Cupix's regional field marketing programme. You'll combine event strategy, hands-on execution and account-based engagement to create meaningful customer interactions and measurable pipeline.
You'll own the EMEA field marketing calendar and budget, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to decide where Cupix invests and which accounts to prioritise. You'll need to operate independently across a multi-country region, balancing local vendors, logistics and cultural differences while keeping the Cupix brand consistent.
We measure success by the quality of engagement, pipeline and revenue your events generate, not by how many we deliver.
What you will do
EMEA event programme & regional field presence
- Own Cupix's EMEA field marketing and event calendar, identifying the right mix of trade shows, industry conferences, owned events, customer events and partner activations based on market opportunity and pipeline potential
- Develop event strategies and investment recommendations aligned to regional sales priorities, target accounts, industry segments and revenue objectives
- Define event-level objectives, KPIs and pipeline targets and evaluate programme performance to inform future investment
- Serve as Cupix's primary point of contact with exhibition bodies, event organisers, and venue partners across the EMEA region
- Support the NAMER marketing team on events as needed, remotely or in person.
Event planning, production & execution
- Own the full lifecycle of EMEA events, from business case to post-event review, including Cupix Experiences, trade shows, conferences, partner and customer events, and webinars
- Source and negotiate venues and suppliers, and build agendas and run-of-show for each event
- Coordinate speakers, customers, partners and sponsors, and work with Sales and Marketing on invitations and registration
- Lead onsite delivery, including suppliers, speakers, Cupix staff and logistics
- Run post-event follow-up: lead handover to Sales, CRM updates and reporting
- Build repeatable EMEA event processes, templates and checklists

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Regional asset & brand operations
- Manage EMEA event assets, demo equipment and branded materials, including shipping, storage, cross-border requirements and inventory tracking
- Coordinate localised event collateral with the global design and marketing teams
Budget ownership & financial stewardship
- Own the planning, forecasting and day-to-day management of the EMEA field marketing budget, recommending investment allocation across countries and programmes and escalating material variances to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
- Build event-level budget plans, track actuals against forecast, and surface cost risks or surplus to the Director of Marketing & Communications before they become issues
- Manage multi-currency purchase orders, VAT-compliant invoicing, and expense reconciliation in line with regional finance and compliance requirements
Pipeline attribution & marketing intelligence
- Connect field activity to commercial outcomes by tracking how EMEA events contribute to pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account engagement across the funnel

- Maintain CRM data quality for event-sourced contacts, ensuring accurate attribution flows into marketing and sales reporting
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) coordination
- Embed field events into the broader EMEA ABM programme — treating events as touchpoints within multi-channel account journeys rather than standalone activities
- Coordinate ABM activation around key EMEA events, partnering with Sales and Marketing to prioritize target accounts and execute account-specific pre- and post-event engagement.
- Partner with EMEA sales to direct field marketing investment toward accounts with the highest strategic value, ensuring event spend is intentional and pipeline-led
- Track account-level engagement generated through field activity and contribute data to ABM performance reviews and territory planning
