Job Opportunity: Support Worker Recruitment Event
We are hosting an invite-only Recruitment Event at Field House, for Support Worker, who are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to join the team and are ready to take the next step in their healthcare career.
This dedicated event will give shortlisted candidates a chance to learn more about our service, meet members of the team, and take part in pre-booked interviews — offering a unique opportunity to secure a role within our supportive and compassionate environment.
Roles We're Recruiting For On The Day
We are currently inviting expressions of interest for:
- Support Worker (Permanent) £25,564.50
These roles are ideal for people who are naturally caring, hardworking, and motivated to make a difference in a service supporting young people within a general adolescent inpatient setting.
Important Information
This is an invite-only event — there will be no walk-ins on the day. To be considered, you must register your interest by applying to the Recruitment event vacancy. Successful shortlisted applicants will receive an official invitation with full details once screened by our recruitment team.

- 2026/2027 Council Tax Bill
- Driving License (Full or Provisional)

- Valid passport with at least six months validity or Original birth certificate, dated within six months of birth, only if UK born

If you are subject to any visa restrictions
- Please bring your Right to Work share code/E-Visa.
Please ensure you bring the original documents with you on the day to avoid any delays with your application.

- Interview slots pre-arranged as part of the event: 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00
