Job Description

Here at Neville Johnson, we don’t just pride ourselves on the quality of our bespoke furniture. We pride ourselves on the quality of our installations too. For an experienced Field Installation Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career alongside some of the most talented and passionate fitting teams in the furniture trade.

As our Field Installation Manager, covering North of London and its surrounding areas, you’ll work closely with our local fitters managing them, making sure they have the best quality vans and equipment they need to get the job done. But above all, you’ll ensure that all work is completed to our impeccable standards, and that all payments are received on time, every time.

Whether you’re an installation expert who’s ready to take a step up, or an experienced Installation Manager, what counts is that you understand high-end bespoke furniture inside-out, that you have outstanding communication skills, and that you know how to lead and inspire some of the best fitting teams in the country.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
