π Weβre Hiring: Field IT Engineer β Doncaster
Do you have experience in on-site IT support, incident resolution, and hardware maintenance? π»π§
At Fervimax, we are looking for a Field IT Engineer to join a stable, long-term project, providing on-site technical support across different client locations in the UK.
π Location: Doncaster or surrounding areas.
π Travel: Required. Own vehicle preferred.
What will you do?
- β Resolve incidents and service requests requiring on-site intervention across different locations.
- β Provide Remote Hands support and perform hardware/software maintenance, replacement, installation, and configuration.
- β Provide basic support for Windows, printers, scanners, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- β Carry out IMACD services: Install, Move, Add, Change, and Decommission equipment.
- β Install and prepare equipment so it is fully ready for use, including corporate image, applications, network connectivity, and peripheral configuration.
- β Record and update all interventions in ServiceNow.

What are we looking for?
- β Previous experience in on-site IT support / Field Support.
- β Knowledge of hardware, software, and Windows environments.
- β Experience installing and configuring IT equipment, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- β Knowledge of IMACD services and, ideally, ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- β Availability to travel between different client locations across the UK.
- β Based in Doncaster or the surrounding area.
- β Driving license and own vehicle preferred.

What do we offer?
