Role overview
You will be responsible for deep cleaning industrial kitchen grease extract systems and kitchens across the Greater London region for our customers. You will be working in various catering facilities/kitchens across our customer sites to ensure that these are maintained to a high standard in a safe manner.
Key tasks
Service Delivery
- Maintain our reputation within the industry by demonstrating excellent customer service practices, acting responsively to the needs of the customer with the aim of delivering customer satisfaction
- Manage on-site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner
- Handle any challenging situations with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Be responsive and cooperative and achieve the required tasks set.
Managing Health & Safety
- To carry out all activities with proper regard for personal safety and the safety of colleagues and customers by ensuring adherence and reasonable care of H&S regulations and procedures at all times
- Report identified risks in line with H&S procedures
- Attend H&S training and briefings on a regular basis

Criteria
Essential (attributes required for candidate to be considered)

Knowledge and Skills (what you know and what you can do)
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Full Driving Licence
Skilled in cleaning of HVAC ductwork
- Basic knowledge of Tr/19 standard
Experience (what you have done)
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Experience of working in a field based role
- Experience with working at height, in confined spaces and handling chemicals
- Experience of working in a field-based role
Personal qualities (the way you think and act)
- Must have an organised, enthusiastic, and methodical approach to tasks
- Be able to work proactively and collaboratively
- Able to work days and nights on a weekly shift basis
- Ability to work at heights were required.
Qualifications
- We will need you to have a full UK driving licence as the role involves travel.
- HVAC or TR/19 training
