Our Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations – they understand the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to run a great operation. What You’ll Bring to the Table
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing… you get the idea)
- Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture
- Passion for team development and leading through others
- A laser-like focus on the guest experience
- The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements
- A team player who can jump in and assist when needed
- Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
- The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Pay Transparency
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $75,000.00–$106,500.00. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
