Job Title
Field Maintenance Technician
Compensation
$33.18/hr.
Location
Mansfield Field Office – Haynesville Business Unit
Schedule
5/2, 8-hour days, with an after-hours on-call rotation as determined by the supervisor
Target Start Date
September 17–October 1, 2026
Tentative End Date
September 16, 2027
Benefits and Equipment
- 80 hours of PTO included in the contract
- Mileage reimbursed at $0.75 per mile
- Laptop, network access, email, and keycard provided
- No travel or per diem
- Expand Energy will provide the tools, which will remain company property
- Contractor must provide a ¾-ton or larger truck; an 8-foot bed is preferred
- The truck will be outfitted with equipment used to perform generator maintenance

Scope
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and ensure all processes and standards are followed during daily activities to meet specifications and design criteria established by Expand Energy policies.
- Work with team members to establish expectations and performance standards for contractors.
- Ensure contractors understand and comply with all Expand Energy environmental, safety, and operational standards.
- Perform activities requiring moderate to extensive manual labor.
- Coordinate with planners to schedule and prioritize maintenance work.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as determined by the supervisor.

Job-Specific Skills
- Knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in maintaining assigned equipment.
- Basic understanding of gas-process piping and flow.
- Basic mechanical experience with lower-horsepower industrial engines, including Arrow, PSI, Zenith, or similar equipment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and word-processing software.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- One to two years of related work experience preferred
