Job Description
Role Overview
Monitor commercial cleaning sites through regular inspections, audits and hands-on support to ensure agreed standards are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate with operations colleagues to prioritise and deliver the daily work plan.
- Ensure services comply with health and safety requirements, company procedures and current legislation.
- Train, coach and support cleaning staff so they have the skills and guidance required to perform effectively.
- Monitor cleaning contracts and staff performance, reporting issues to the appropriate manager.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, service changes and concerns, taking corrective action where needed.
- Provide cleaning cover during staff absence or annual leave when required.
- Complete operational records and administration accurately and on time.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, appropriately stocked and subject to weekly checks.
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and site-based teams.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
£13.94 an hour
About You
- Practical, organised and confident working independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Proactive and able to prioritise competing demands in a fast-moving environment.
- Good leadership and time-management skills, with experience supporting or supervising others.
- Professional, approachable and discreet when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters.
- Committed to excellent customer service and resolving issues positively.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Dependable, flexible and willing to provide hands-on support when required.
- Committed to maintaining a smart and professional appearance.
