What is the opportunity?
We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Field Manager to join our Commercial Sales team.
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team of Territory Managers, coaching and developing them to deliver outstanding sales results, drive perfect store execution and strengthen customer partnerships across your region. This includes Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
This is a critical leadership role that brings Suntory's strategy and values to life in market. You'll balance people leadership with commercial execution, ensuring your team is equipped to achieve ambitious targets while continuing to grow their capability and careers.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Territory Managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Driving Perfect Store execution and embedding the Suntory Elevate Sales Competency model
- Creating a high-performance culture through consistent coaching, feedback and development
- Supporting category initiatives, new product launches and speed-to-market objectives
- Managing field investment, budgets and asset ROI to maximise commercial outcomes
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow market share
- Championing health, safety and wellbeing standards across your team
- Contributing to talent planning, succession planning and capability development initiatives

This role covers regional territories and will require being within the field and travel within your team's geographical area.
About You
You're an experienced sales leader who enjoys developing people as much as delivering results.
You know how to inspire performance, navigate challenges and create winning outcomes for both your team and customers. With strong commercial acumen and a coaching mindset, you're comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Ideally, You'll Bring
- Previous people leadership experience
- Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated success coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative leadership style and growth mindset
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving capability
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action
- Experience within FMCG, beverages or a related industry (preferred)
