The Opportunity
An established global pharmaceutical organisation is expanding its UK affiliate market access team and is seeking a highly motivated Field Market Access Manager to engage directly with NHS stakeholders and support patient access to innovative therapies.
This role sits within a well-resourced market access function and offers the opportunity to work across multiple therapy areas while building relationships across Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Medicines Optimisation Teams and NHS decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Develop local market access plans aligned with national strategy
- Engage with NHS stakeholders across ICSs and provider organisations
- Support formulary access and implementation initiatives
- Identify and address local access barriers
- Communicate clinical and economic value propositions to customers
- Partner with Medical, Commercial and Public Affairs teams
- Monitor local healthcare policy changes and funding pathways
- Support launch and uptake of newly approved medicines

Requirements
- Market Access, NHS Liaison, Healthcare Partnership or similar experience
- Strong understanding of NHS structures and decision-making processes
- Experience engaging with Integrated Care Systems
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market access principles
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics or related discipline preferred
