We are looking for a Field Marketing Associate to join our team.
The Field Marketing Associate is responsible for driving the local execution of marketing strategies and commercial programs across the region. The role translates global and regional marketing priorities into effective in-market execution, with a strong focus on demand generation, customer engagement, sales enablement, product adoption, market development, and measurable business impact for its product segment.
The role requires strong customer proximity, execution discipline, marketing performance management, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
Working setup: Hybrid
Travel: Approximately 30%
Responsibilities:

Driving Local Marketing Execution
- Translate global and regional marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches into effective local execution plans.
- Adapt initiatives to local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and business leaders to ensure marketing activities support commercial objectives.
- Gather and share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to help shape future strategies.

Demand Generation & Business Growth
- Execute lead generation campaigns in partnership with sales and communications teams.
- Support pipeline development through customer-focused marketing activities, targeted account programs, digital engagement, and events.
- Develop market-specific messaging and account targeting strategies to increase customer penetration and drive competitive conversions.
- Help accelerate opportunities across priority accounts and market segments.

Campaign Delivery & Performance Improvement
- Ensure marketing campaigns, content, and customer-facing materials resonate with local audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise campaign reach and impact.
- Track campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and business outcomes to continuously improve performance.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Readiness
- Equip sales teams with compelling tools, messaging, content, and training resources.
- Support product launches and commercial activation initiatives across the region.
- Ensure customer-facing teams are confident communicating value propositions and campaign messaging.

Product Adoption & Market Development
- Support the successful introduction and adoption of new products and solutions.
- Conduct market analysis and win/loss reviews to identify growth opportunities and address barriers to adoption.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Help strengthen market share and competitive positioning across the portfolio.

Customer Engagement & Industry Events
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic customers.
- Lead the planning and execution of customer events, workshops, congresses, and educational programs.
- Ensure customer engagements deliver measurable outcomes, including lead generation, customer education, and product adoption.
Preferred requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or a related commercial role.
- Experience within medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare, life sciences, or B2B technology environments is highly desirable.
- Proven success supporting product launches, market development programs, and commercial growth initiatives.
- Experience partnering closely with sales organisations to drive demand generation, pipeline development, and customer engagement.
- Strong track record of managing customer events, workshops, conferences, and educational activities.
- Experience translating market insights and customer feedback into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong sales enablement capabilities, including development and deployment of customer-facing materials and training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial Excellence teams.

£59,100.00 - £90,150.00 GBP Annual
