Role purpose

As a Field Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering the Whatuni Student Choice Awards (WUSCAs) 2027, engaging directly with students on campuses across the country and ensuring their voices are heard. At Whatuni, we're on a mission to help students make informed decisions about their higher education journey.

This six-month fixed-term opportunity offers a unique mix of field marketing, brand representation, content creation, and relationship building, making it ideal for someone who thrives on meeting new people and being on the move.

What you will be doing

  • Visit universities and colleges across the UK to engage with students.
  • Collect reviews and feedback for the Whatuni Student Choice Awards.
  • Act as a passionate ambassador for the Whatuni and WUSCA brands.
  • Create engaging student-focused content for social media.
  • Capture testimonials, interviews, and campus experiences.
  • Support campaign delivery and review moderation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Contribute ideas that enhance student experience and campaign success.

Who Might This Role Suit?

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in events, event management, promotions, hospitality, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles who enjoy engaging with people and working in a fast-paced environment.

This role could be a great fit for someone currently in the UK on a Working Holiday Visa who is looking to gain valuable UK-based experience in marketing, events, student engagement, and content creation.

  • Experience in events, promotions, customer-facing roles, or field marketing.
  • Social content creation experience (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat).
  • Knowledge of student culture or the higher education sector.
  • Experience gathering feedback or working with CRM systems.
