About the Role
Based at our London Bridge HQ (hybrid, 2 days a week minimum in the office). We're looking for a Field Marketing Executive to join our EMEA team, someone who has started their career in marketing and ready to take on more. Someone, creative, who wants real hands-on experience across events and campaigns, not just one narrow lane. You'll report to the Head of EMEA Marketing and work closely with our Events and Partner Marketing Managers, learning the ropes of both event delivery and demand gen from day one.
This is a role built for someone who wants to build a proper foundation in field marketing, not sprint through it. You'll get exposure to the full mix: events, campaigns, ABM, copywriting and comms building. This role provides a genuinely broad skillset most junior marketers don't get until much later.
Events
You'll help plan and run our events across the UK and EMEA, virtual and in-person, from early planning through to day-of execution. That includes:
- Day-of logistics and support: speaker coordination, vendor research and selection, driving registrations, and prepping internal briefing docs.
- Planning and running regional webinars — from topic and speaker coordination through to promotion and follow-up.
- Managing smaller third-party sponsorships and co-hosted partner activities — tracking timelines and deliverables with the events manager to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
- Owning our Dotlive seminar series, bringing marketing tips and tricks to customers IRL.
- Keeping event and email calendars current, working with the global online team to schedule outreach across multiple countries.
- Data entry: building web pages, surveys, and calendar events, prepping campaign target lists, and spotting content opportunities from past events.
- Tracking receipts and invoices to keep the EMEA marketing budget accurate.
- Supporting our Partner Marketing Manager on partner events, tracking ROI and future business development opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Campaigns
Alongside events, you'll get stuck into demand gen, supporting email, social, and content campaigns, writing copy for various marketing materials, and tracking how campaigns perform against pipeline goals. You'll also own our ABM gifting platform (Reachdesk) and help build out our account-based marketing program.
About You
You don't need to have done all of this before; you need to want to learn it. That said, you'll ideally have:
- 1-2 years' marketing experience, ideally including some event planning
- Hands-on experience with creating email or social media campaigns
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- An interest in marketing automation and CRM tools (Dotdigital and HubSpot are a bonus, not a must)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- The ability to juggle multiple things at once without dropping the ball
- Be open to travel across the UK and Europe
- Willing to work out of hours where required for events
You'll do well here if you're naturally curious, don't mind the odd tight deadline, and genuinely enjoy being around people. Whether that's a room full of event attendees or the team drinks afterwards.
