Field Marketing Manager – EMEA & APAC

London / Hybrid

Up to £90k + package

Own the events. Drive the campaigns. Make your mark across two regions.

Our client is a fast-scaling, founder-led fintech business whose analytics technology is trusted by some of the world's largest banks, asset managers and hedge funds. As they continue to grow their footprint across EMEA and APAC, they're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to take ownership of regional event delivery and digital campaign execution.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who wants to run the show on events and build out a best-in-class digital marketing engine. You'll report directly into the Head of Marketing, who owns the strategic direction and budget, leaving you free to focus on flawless delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of the EMEA events calendar: flagship self-hosted events, roundtables and industry conferences — with a growing remit to support events across APAC
  • Building, launching and optimising digital campaigns across paid social, email, webinars and paid search, using HubSpot
  • Partnering closely with Sales to align conference attendance, sponsorships and field events with pipeline goals
  • Localising global campaigns and messaging for regional relevance across multiple markets and time zones
  • Leading on communications and thought leadership opportunities, from customer stories to third-party sponsorship placements
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign and event performance to keep everything tied back to commercial impact

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
