Field Marketing Manager (Hybrid, London - Fitzrovia)

Global payments are not broken. Incentives are.

ABOUT LORUM

Clearing has been deprioritized inside balance sheet-driven institutions whose models rely on lending and interest. This prioritisation of liquidity over settlement causes delays with reduced certainty. The very institutions that distort clearing profit from fragmented setups, inconsistent rails, duplicated compliance, and unpredictable timelines. While stablecoin shortcuts and treasury pooling provide temporary solutions, current systems fail to rebuild underlying infrastructure.

REBUILDING CLEARING FROM THE GROUND UP

At Lorum, we rebuild clearing as a specialist function. Our platform acts as a clearing and transaction banking partner for regulated institutions, ensuring that liquidity, settlement, and reconciliation operate within a single, controlled system. Our offering unifies global and local licenses, provides direct central bank clearing, and connects domestic rails.

Clients can open named customer accounts across markets, collecting and paying funds via a single network while maintaining full ownership of relationships. Market expansion is streamlined—through one correspondent relationship, not countless others.

WHY JOIN LORUM?

By joining Lorum, you’ll contribute to a pioneering infrastructure project for global finance. You’ll help shape settlement systems that meet real regulatory standards and institutional demands: currencies, markets, and supervisory frameworks will all fall seamlessly into place. With precision, predictability, and regulatory integrity, you’ll design reliable and final settlement.

About the Role

We are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to define Lorum’s external presence—across major industry events, our flagship event, executive dinners, George’s (CEO) external programs, and industry awards to foster credibility among decision-makers in financial institutions.

This is more than booth logistics. You’ll span major events like Money20/20, Sibos to small dinners with executives and target accounts, eventually building Lorum’s own flagship event. Collaborating with George (Head of Marketing), the commercial team, and external partners, you’ll shape Lorum’s brand message in key decision-making spaces.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
