📍 Location: London
📅 Contract: 6 months
🏢 Working pattern: 3 days per week on-site
💰 Rate: £41.40 per hour plus holiday pay
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced UK & Ireland Field Marketing Manager to join the EMEA marketing function of a leading global enterprise technology and cloud organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional to work at the intersection of marketing, sales and business development, delivering impactful campaigns across the UK and Ireland.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- Support outbound campaigns through targeted messaging, sales activation and campaign enablement.
- Analyse campaign performance, track lead and pipeline targets, and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
- Collaborate with global and EMEA teams across digital marketing, events, partner marketing and PR.
- Manage regional campaign calendars, external vendors and publishers to maximise reach and campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver campaign briefings, performance reports and insights to key sales stakeholders.

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years’ experience delivering multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns and events within a software or cloud technology organisation.
- Strong expertise in field marketing, demand generation and campaign management.
- A proven track record of partnering with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience monitoring campaign performance, lead generation and pipeline metrics.
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across international teams, multiple geographies and complex business environments.
