About the Role
As Field Marketing Manager, UK, you'll own field and virtual events execution for our Tier 1 market in EMEA. This is a hands-on role: you'll bring the energy, ideas and delivery to make UK events and webinars a genuine growth engine, working closely with Sales and the EMEA Demand Generation Director. You'll also flex across wider demand gen campaigns as the team's priorities evolve, so this suits someone who wants breadth as well as a clear events specialism.
This role is about bringing UK field and virtual events to life in service of pipeline, not vanity metrics. You'll design and run events, webinars and related programmes that create demand, accelerate deals and convert interest into qualified pipeline.
You'll work closely with UK Marketing, Sales, SDRs and the EMEA Demand Generation Director, and you'll also support wider integrated campaigns, including ABM, email, paid and organic social, and content syndication, as part of a small, fast-moving EMEA team. The role requires someone who can execute brilliantly, bring fresh thinking to events and webinars, and enjoy being close to Sales day to day.
This role is deliberately weighted toward mid-funnel and bottom-of-funnel activity, where deals actually get won or lost, and events are one of your sharpest tools for doing that. You'll think with a growth mindset about which in-person and virtual touchpoints move a specific opportunity forward: a targeted dinner or roundtable to multi-thread into a buying group, a webinar timed to re-engage a stalling deal, or a field event that gives Sales a reason to get the right people in a room together. This isn't about driving attendance numbers; it's about using events and webinars deliberately to create urgency and get deals across the line.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the UK field events strategy and calendar, including regional events, roadshows, dinners, roundtables and conferences.
- Own and scale the virtual events and webinar programme as a core acquisition and nurture channel, including format, tooling and production quality.
- Work closely with UK Sales and SDRs to align events and campaigns with pipeline priorities, and support effective follow-up on leads generated.
- Support wider integrated campaigns across ABM, email, paid and organic social, and content syndication as team priorities evolve.
- Work with the regional Partner Manager to build co-marketing events and programmes with key partners.
- Track and report on pipeline and revenue contribution from field and virtual events, using insight to continuously improve.
- Manage event and webinar budgets, ensuring spend is ROI-driven and tied to clear outcomes.
- Use tools including Salesforce, 6sense and Outreach for segmentation, targeting and performance tracking.
- Use AI tools confidently to scale planning, content creation and campaign execution. You should be a hands-on AI wiz who can boost impact without increasing workload.
- Manage vendor relationships where needed to scale execution and fill capability gaps.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- A genuine events and webinar specialist who knows how to plan, run and measure both in-person and virtual programmes.
- Strong understanding of B2B Sales processes and how events and webinars fit into the marketing-to-revenue lifecycle (MQL > Opp > SQO etc.).
- Confident working with Sales and SDRs day to day, and comfortable navigating a demanding stakeholder group.
- Comfortable operating as a generalist across integrated campaigns, segmentation and channel execution.
- High energy, proactive and hands-on; you enjoy getting into the details as much as the strategy.
- Results-driven, with experience reporting on pipeline, ROI and key marketing KPIs.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to prioritise, adapt and act with urgency.

- Experience with ABM tools such as 6sense is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience working with in-house or external SDR organizations preferred.

- UK field events calendar for the year is live, with the first events delivered to a high standard.
- A refreshed webinar programme is running, with clear formats, cadence and reporting in place.
- Strong, trusted working relationship established with UK Sales leadership.
- Visible use of AI tools to speed up planning and execution across the role.
