Field Marketing Manager

London, hybrid
£46,000–£56,000

We’re working with a growing B2B SaaS business looking for a Field Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing activity across the UK and Ireland.

This is a hands-on role within a smaller business. You’ll be responsible for deciding what activity will work in the region, managing the budget and delivering campaigns from planning through to execution.

The role

  • Own the UK&I Field Marketing strategy and regional calendar
  • Plan and deliver campaigns focused on qualified leads and booked demos
  • Run events, roundtables, webinars and partner campaigns
  • Build relationships with industry and channel partners
  • Work closely with Sales to agree targets and turn activity into pipeline
  • Manage the regional budget and measure ROI
  • Adapt campaigns and messaging for accounting and professional services firms
  • Feed customer and market insight back into the wider business

What we’re looking for

  • Around five years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Experience across Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Events or Partner Marketing
  • Background in a start-up, scale-up or smaller marketing team
  • Strong end-to-end ownership of campaigns and budgets
  • Experience delivering results without relying on large budgets or extensive internal resources
  • A commercial approach, with activity measured against leads and pipeline
  • Ideally, experience within accounting software, practice management technology, fintech or another product selling into accounting firms
  • Based within commuting distance of London
