🏒 Industry Focus: Retail, Hospitality, Transportation & Manufacturing (UKI)

We're seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across the UK&I Retail, Hospitality, Transportation, and Manufacturing sectors. Working closely with Sales leadership, you'll drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue through integrated marketing programs and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the UKI field marketing strategy for the Retail, Hospitality, Transportation, and Manufacturing industries.
  • Drive pipeline growth through events, campaigns, ABM initiatives, executive engagements, and partner marketing programs.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for Sales leadership and account teams.
  • Lead the planning and execution of field events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and customer programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across digital, content, PR, product marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Track and report on performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI to optimise future marketing investments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or B2B Marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience working with enterprise Sales teams and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Enterprise technology and/or SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience within Retail, Hospitality, Transportation, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industries is advantageous.
