Field Marketing Manager - EMEA

Datadog is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to design and build event field marketing programs for EMEA. The field marketer will be a key player in fostering the growth of Datadog’s regional marketing practice.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to development and implementation of the field marketing strategy for EMEA as part of the overall GTM strategy.
  • Work closely with regional enterprise sales teams to understand specific market priorities and inform and shape customer and prospect-facing programs contributing to pipeline and opportunity creation.
  • Support field programs and events with a heavy content angle and work with relevant teams and customers to deliver in a live environment including executive breakfasts/dinners, workshops, customer-led panels, and partner events.
  • Oversee promotion and outreach efforts pre/post event, including direct mail, email, ads, and more.
  • Track, measure and communicate program results, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts with events and various campaigns.
  • Ensure programs and event details are on brand, on message, and fit the Datadog aesthetic.
  • Responsible for owning and managing sales enablement and recruitment for company wide events in the North America region such as AWS re:Invent and GCP tradeshows, Datadog’s user conference Dash, customer summits, etc.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
