We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Manager, EMEA based in the UK, ideally around the London or Leeds area, to plan and deliver regional marketing programs across key growth markets (core/mature markets: UK, Europe, Nordics, Iberia; growth/emerging markets: South Africa, Balkans, Middle East). This role partners closely with EMEA sales leadership and regional sales teams, owning the delivery of integrated marketing programs (events, webinars, roundtables, campaigns, industry membership associations, etc.) that accelerate pipeline, support revenue growth, and strengthen Provenir's leadership position in the market.
The ideal candidate is metrics-driven and combines sound strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and strong project/budget management skills with a proven ability to execute high-impact programs that generate measurable business outcomes. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals, turn market opportunities into well-executed programs, and communicate clearly with regional leadership.
What You'll Do
As the Field Marketing Manager for EMEA, you have a solid understanding of building and supporting pipeline to meet and exceed growth targets. You enjoy partnering with regional leadership to understand the needs of the sales teams, and meeting those needs through effective strategy, and execution. This person should be in the region and have the ability to telecommute. You will drive a strong, positive, productive relationship with key internal stakeholders: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success as well as key external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of ownership, agility, steadfast execution, and communication skills.

- Develop and execute the EMEA field marketing plan aligned to corporate growth objectives, revenue targets, and regional business priorities.
- Serve as a trusted marketing partner to EMEA sales teams and regional leadership, supporting annual planning, territory planning, account prioritization, and go-to-market execution.
- Represent the region within the global marketing organization, helping align regional market opportunities with global initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse campaign performance and business impact, providing regular reporting on ROI and growth opportunities to marketing and regional sales leadership.
- Function as the connective tissue between the regional sales team and the marketing team, fostering trust and dependability on all accounts. Strong internal collaboration and communication with the sales team is a must.
- Deliver against regional marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities within strategic accounts and target segments.
- Execute end-to-end field marketing activities (e.g. Provenir-hosted events such as executive roundtables, Provenir-hosted webinars, 3rd party sponsored webinars, 3rd party industry events) tailored to priority industries, buyer personas, and regional market dynamics.
- Manage the allocated regional program budget, industry membership associations, vendors, and external resources to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of marketing processes, measurement frameworks, and best practices.
- Meet or exceed targets for each regional sales leader
- Represent the corporate brand in region and use a mix of data sources to align your plans with the overall business objectives including new logos, pipeline generation and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills
- B2B marketing experience (preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, financial services technology, or related industries).
- Proven track record of executing regional field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing programs with accountability for contributing to pipeline and revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams and regional leadership to drive business growth.
- Experience executing account-based marketing programs for enterprise accounts.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing investments.
- Experience managing program budgets and measuring program ROI.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience marketing into financial institutions, lenders, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
