Field Marketing Manager, Interim (6–12 weeks), B2B SaaS/ Cyber

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: W/C 7th or 14th of September
  • Hybrid: Liverpool Street (1-2 days in)
  • Budget: £500 - £600 per day (outside of IR35)
  • Process: two stages, wrapped up within a week

About the client

A PE-backed, leading software vendor within cybersecurity. The business is US-headquartered with a small EMEA team of three. They need extra support through an exceptionally busy run of events and tradeshows across September and into the start of Q1.

General Summary

A specialist who can hit the ground running. There's no ramp-up period on offer — this is a defined body of work with a hard deadline: deliver the September and early-Q1 events calendar to time and budget. You'll need enough field marketing experience behind you to walk in, take stock, and start executing in week one.

The Field Marketing Manager owns the planning and execution of programmes, projects, and specialist initiatives that give the sales team exposure to prospects. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to create a direct channel for prospects to be introduced to what the business offers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
