Ant International is one of the world's leading digital payments and financial services providers - a business that has already transformed how hundreds of millions of people and businesses manage money across Asia. With global ambitions and the infrastructure to match, Ant International is now driving that same revolution across the rest of the world.

What You'll Do

  • Be responsible for offline marketing campaigns for the WorldFirst app across the UK and Europe.
  • Plan and execute various offline initiatives, including events, industry exhibitions, large-scale festivals, and sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility among target audiences.
  • Develop and implement targeted offline promotion plans, with a focus on local Chinese communities, overseas Chinese populations, and university settings, in order to drive efficient frontline customer acquisition.
  • Proactively identify and expand partnerships with local brands closely connected to the daily lives of Chinese communities, such as Asian supermarkets, Chinese restaurant chains, overseas education/property agencies, and logistics/courier companies. Design co-marketing programs and leverage resource exchanges or mutual benefits to drive precise traffic acquisition.
  • Lead major marketing campaigns targeting the Chinese market in the UK and Europe. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Own the customer acquisition results of offline activities. Design efficient offline-to-online (O2O) conversion journeys to encourage users to download the app on-site and complete their first remittance transaction. Track and analyze campaign data, and continuously optimize customer acquisition cost (CPA) and return on investment (ROI).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
