As our Field Marketing Manager, Neuromodulation – North Europe, you will develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for our Neuromodulation portfolio. You will support growth, therapy adoption, and patient access across Northern Europe.
You will work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, European Marketing, and country teams. You will identify growth opportunities and turn them into clear marketing actions. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on market development and access to VNS Therapy™ for patients with drug-resistant epilepsy across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the Northern Europe marketing strategy and action plan.
- Lead regional marketing campaigns, product launches, and growth programmes.
- Drive market development through customer segmentation, patient pathway optimisation, and therapy adoption initiatives.
- Develop programmes to increase therapy awareness, patient identification, access, and penetration in priority markets.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and measure programme impact and ROI.
- Build relationships with KOLs, patient associations, and other key stakeholders. Coordinate scientific events, training, and educational programmes.
- Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, European Marketing, and country teams to deliver integrated regional plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Use these insights to inform the regional strategy.
- Support country teams with account planning, performance tracking, and commercial execution.
- Provide product and therapy education to internal teams and external customers.

Your Background & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, commercial, or market development within MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Experience with market development, customer segmentation, therapy adoption, and patient pathways.
- Experience managing budgets and measuring programme ROI.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
- Strong customer focus. Experience working with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Full, clean driving licence. Willing to travel up to 50% across Northern Europe and other European locations.
- Preferred: Dutch language skills and experience in the Dutch healthcare market.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), ShowPad, or similar platforms.
