Position Overview

A leading global enterprise cloud and software solutions provider is seeking a results-oriented, enthusiastic, and creative Field Marketing Manager to join their UK & Ireland Marketing team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role leading the front line of field engagement activities in the region. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for driving business impact, is commercially minded, and brings a proven track record as a strong business partner to Sales and Business Development teams across the full marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Work within the UK & Ireland Field Marketing team to plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix to drive brand awareness, generate new business leads, and accelerate sales pipeline movement.
  • Support outbound campaign execution through clear messaging, touch-plan design, and sales activation/enablement support.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global Campaign, Digital, Event, Partner Marketing, and PR teams to maintain a cohesive regional marketing calendar.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting

  • Review and analyze regional campaign performance across all channels alongside marketing management, delivering actionable insights and implementing optimization strategies to meet pipeline targets.
  • Forecast and monitor lead and pipeline generation against targets, collaborating with the broader marketing organization to drive performance beyond expectations.
  • Supply key sales leadership with regular campaign execution metrics, reporting, and ROI performance.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with sales leadership and key stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives directly align with regional sales priorities.
  • Work alongside Business Development and Sales teams to incorporate regional Go-To-Market (GTM) segmentation and key sales plays into campaign planning and execution.
  • Create and present campaign briefings, supplying sales representatives with the tools, context, and follow-up support needed for campaign success.
  • Gather direct feedback from Sales and Business Development teams to continually refine and optimize future marketing activities.
  • Direct third-party vendors and publishers to maximize audience reach and drive overall campaign effectiveness.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and events within a B2B Software, SaaS, or Cloud Technology environment.
  • Education: A formal qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in business-level English.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational abilities, acute attention to detail, and a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and collaborate effectively across diverse teams, geographies, and cultures.
