We are looking for an experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and lead field marketing activity across the UK.

Based remotely in the UK, you will own the execution of regional field marketing programs across priority and expansion markets, working closely with Growth, Sales and local country leadership.

This is a highly hands-on role covering third-party events, executive experiences, account-based marketing activations and country launches. You will take global and regional marketing priorities and turn them into locally relevant programs that build relationships with strategic accounts, support market expansion and contribute to pipeline growth.

You will be comfortable operating independently, moving quickly and managing multiple markets, stakeholders and external partners simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Field Marketing & Events

  • Own the planning and execution of field marketing activity across the region, including third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, roundtables and customer experiences.
  • Deliver events end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendors, logistics, branding, invitations, attendee management, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Execute programs using established event playbooks, booth assets and regional marketing frameworks while adapting activity for individual markets.
  • Identify and manage local vendors, agencies, venues and event partners.
  • Manage activity within defined regional and country marketing budgets.
  • Track program performance, pipeline contribution, engagement and event ROI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
