The Opportunity
UST is seeking a proactive Field Marketing Manager passionate about the technology industry, with experience supporting and executing marketing initiatives, events and campaigns that drive business growth and brand visibility.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to support sales objectives in the UK region
- Plan, organize, and execute regional and local events, trade shows, and campaigns
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals
- Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance
- Serve as the local face of the company and act as a liaison between the local market and the EMEA and global marketing team
- Support social media activities across the UK market and collaborate with the Global Brand and Communications team to increase brand visibility and engagement

What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Relevant experience in field marketing, events and campaign execution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and drive projects with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the B2B technology landscape, with a passion for the industry
- Interest in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and their application to marketing and business growth
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
- Experience with video recording and video editing tools is desirable
Additional Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience with Field Marketing
- Authorized to work in United Kingdom
- This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office at least three days per week
