Be the Driving Force Behind Our Own Brand Growth
At Rexel, we're on an exciting journey to grow our own-brand proposition, and we're looking for a passionate, commercially focused Field Marketing Manager to help with expert marketing and customer engagement for our Northern branches.
This is a highly visible role that combines field marketing, sales enablement, product training, and commercial engagement. You'll work closely with branch teams, sales colleagues, category managers, and marketing specialists to increase awareness, adoption, and sales of our own-brand products throughout the region.

What You'll Be Doing
Championing Own Brand Across the North
- Act as the regional ambassador for Rexel's own-brand portfolio across Northern branches.
- Drive awareness, adoption, and sales growth through branch engagement and customer-facing activity.
- Partner with Commercial, Category, Sales, Ecommerce, CRM, and Marketing teams to maximise revenue and profit opportunities.
- Ensure a consistent own-brand message and customer experience across all channels.
Supporting Branches & Sales Teams
- Plan and deliver branch sales events, product showcases, and promotional activities throughout the region.
- Provide engaging product and sales training to colleagues, helping them confidently recommend our own-brand solutions.
- Accompany sales teams on customer visits as the subject matter expert for own-brand products.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance through targeted marketing and digital initiatives.

Delivering Commercially Focused Marketing
- Support the development and rollout of omnichannel campaigns that generate revenue and profit growth.
- Tailor activity and messaging to different customer segments and regional opportunities.
- Track campaign effectiveness and continually refine approaches based on insight and feedback.
Influencing Future Growth
- Gather insights from customers, branch colleagues, and sales teams to shape future own-brand development.
- Act as the voice of the field, ensuring our products continue to meet customer and market needs.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who can combine commercial thinking with a hands-on approach:
- Proven experience in a product-led, sales, category, marketing, or commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of how marketing activity influences sales performance and revenue growth.
- Experience working closely with field sales teams and customer-facing colleagues.
- Demonstrable success driving product adoption, training programmes, or commercial campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while managing extensive regional travel.
