Job Title: Field Marketing Executive
Salary: £35,000–£45,000
Location: London | Remote working between events
Our client is a growing technology business where marketing is closely connected to commercial performance. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of an event programme spanning hosted experiences, industry exhibitions, webinars, roundtables and strategic partner activity. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning well-executed events into measurable sales opportunities, combining event delivery, campaign activity and CRM marketing. You’ll work closely with senior marketing, sales and external partners, with genuine scope to influence how events contribute to pipeline and growth.
The Field Marketing Executive will own the journey from event concept and attendee acquisition through to post-event engagement, meeting generation and pipeline reporting.
Role Highlights
- Take ownership of end-to-end event planning, including venues, suppliers, budgets, logistics and on-site delivery.
- Create targeted campaigns that increase registrations and maximise attendance across physical and virtual events.
- Partner with sales to turn event engagement into qualified meetings and commercially valuable opportunities.
- Build CRM campaigns, segmentation and nurture activity to keep prospects engaged beyond the event itself.
- Measure attendance, conversion and pipeline performance, using insight to improve future investment and activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
