We're working with one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS businesses, looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join their UK team on an initial 12-month contract.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 3+ years' B2B field marketing experience who loves bringing events to life while understanding the commercial impact behind them. You'll own the planning and delivery of a busy calendar of high-quality field marketing programmes, helping to generate pipeline and strengthen relationships with enterprise customers.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on with events but also understands how marketing contributes to revenue and can measure success beyond attendance numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a calendar of field marketing activities across the UK
- Manage end-to-end delivery of hosted events, executive roundtables, customer events, webinars, and third-party events
- Coordinate logistics, attendee experience, invitations, registrations, and onsite event execution
- Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns with commercial priorities and target accounts
- Support account-based marketing activations and regional marketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and event ROI, providing post-event reporting and insights
- Manage external suppliers and venues where required
- Adapt and edit marketing assets for smaller events

Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of how field marketing supports demand generation and pipeline growth
- Confident managing events from planning through to execution and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly working alongside Sales teams
- Experience using marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar
- Exposure to event platforms and reporting tools would be beneficial
