About the Role
We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our growing EMEA Marketing team in London.
You will work closely with the EMEA Enterprise Industry Marketing Lead and Enterprise GTM teams across EMEA, owning targeted marketing programmes that bring enterprise customers together through executive briefings, industry days, workshops, trade shows and speaking engagements.
This is more than an event coordination role. You will own programmes end to end, from planning and audience targeting through to execution, sales alignment, follow-up and measuring the pipeline and business impact generated.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized and commercially minded, with strong experience across field marketing, event marketing and ABM within a technology environment.
What You'll Do
- Own closed-door, first-party activations end to end, including sales enablement, content creation and attendee management
- Develop and manage vertical- and persona-specific marketing plays
- Work closely with Enterprise Industry GTM and sales teams across EMEA to support pipeline generation and increase customer consumption
- Plan and execute executive briefings, industry days, workshops, trade shows and speaking engagements
- Manage events from initial planning through execution, follow-up and reporting
- Measure and report on ROI, pipeline and business impact, rather than simply event registrations
- Coordinate event agencies, venues and external suppliers
- Prepare detailed briefing packs to ensure internal teams are fully prepared for customer engagements
- Manage event budgets, including purchase orders, quotes, invoices and spend tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve event programmes and implement better ways of working
- Manage multiple activations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
