Love being out in stores and seeing the impact of great retail execution first-hand?
Know how to build relationships, raise standards and get the best out of merchandising teams?
Ready to take ownership of your own territory with the autonomy to make a real difference?
We're looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to join one of Europe's leading and fastest-growing consumer brands as they continue to expand their presence across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone from a merchandising, retail management, visual merchandising or field-based background who wants to step into a role with greater ownership, autonomy, and progression.
You'll take responsibility for a portfolio of stores across your territory, becoming the key link between store teams, third-party merchandisers, and the wider business, making sure every location looks its best, stays fully stocked, and delivers commercially.
If you enjoy being out in the field, solving problems, and improving performance through people, this could be a great next step.
The Company
Our client is an internationally recognized consumer goods business and one of Europe's leading brands within its category, with an established presence across major retailers throughout the UK and Europe.
Following significant UK growth, the business is continuing to invest in its retail footprint and field operation, creating an exciting opportunity to join during a key period of expansion.
With in-store availability, presentation, and execution playing a huge part in the success of the brand, the field team is at the heart of making that growth happen.
The Role
Reporting into the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of approximately 15–20 stores across your territory, ensuring each location delivers outstanding standards across merchandising, availability, and overall commercial performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll oversee standards across your territory, work closely with third-party merchandising teams, and build strong relationships with store management to make sure issues are identified and resolved quickly.
You'll spend the majority of your week out in stores, coaching merchandisers, reviewing performance, checking execution, and identifying opportunities to improve availability and sales.
You'll have the autonomy to plan your own territory and store visits, with real ownership for how your region performs.
