As a Field Operations Administrator, you'll become a key member of our Operations Team, supporting more than 35 field engineers who provide essential services to customers nationwide. You'll play a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring engineers have the vehicles, equipment, training and support they need to deliver an exceptional service.

What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the company vehicle fleet and act as a key contact for engineer queries.
- Coordinate engineer training, refresher programmes and compliance activities.
- Maintain training records, induction documentation and operational systems.
- Support driving licence and DBS checking processes where relevant.
- Manage PPE, uniforms, tools and equipment records.
- Process purchase orders, invoices and operational reports.
- Administer vehicle-related PCNs and Notices of Prosecution.
- Support new engineers throughout onboarding and induction.
- Work closely with engineer managers, suppliers, fleet providers and internal support teams.
What we're looking for
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organising, coordinating and improving processes, while working closely with operational teams in a growing business.
Essential
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or operations support role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable
- Experience supporting field-based engineering or maintenance teams.
- Experience in fleet, compliance, or training administration.
- Experience producing reports and maintaining operational documentation.
- Knowledge of vehicle administration processes.
