EMEA Field Operations Director
The EMEA Field Operations Director is a critical operational partner for the EMEA sales organization. This role partners daily with regional sales leaders and serves as the primary connection point between the global VP of Field Operations and the realities of how the business runs on the ground. This is a highly execution-focused role where success is measured by operational excellence, consistency, and the speed at which field challenges are identified and resolved. The value is in what gets done, how consistently, and how fast problems get caught and escalated.
What You'll Do
- Partner daily with EMEA regional and country sales leaders to run the business with operational rigor
- Drive accountability for execution standards, pipeline inspection, and deal progression across all markets
- Enforce forecast accuracy through structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly field operating cadences
- Own the execution of regional pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly business review inputs
- Ensure global go-to-market initiatives land consistently across all EMEA segments and countries
- Spot regional adoption gaps early and surface them before they impact revenue performance
- Provide a structured operational feedback loop to leadership and transformation teams
- Surface execution risks including pipeline gaps, productivity issues, and forecast volatility with actionable insights
- Flag systemic regional trends and execution challenges rather than isolated business misses
- Collaborate with sales planning teams to validate regional coverage and capacity models in practice
- Coordinate with sales enablement teams when field capability gaps impact regional performance metrics

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
