Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result driven Field Sales & Activation Executives to join our sales team. This role is pivotal to expanding our on trade presence in London, a key market for Tiny Rebel. As a Field Sales & Activation Executive, you will deliver sustainable volume and distribution growth across your territory by increasing rate of sale, growing and retaining distribution points and executing high-impact activations with key national and independent customers.
Responsibilities
Distribution & Commercial Growth
- Grow, protect and develop distribution across National Retail customers (including Fullers, Stonegate and M&B), as well as Independent Free Trade customers and L&T.
- Drive ROS and distribution points to deliver volume growth within your territory.

Brand Activation & Execution
- Deliver engaging, high-impact activations with our National Partners that bring the Tiny Rebel brand to life.
- Represent Tiny Rebel with passion, professionalism and authenticity in every interaction.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships across customer operational teams and wholesale sales teams.
- Develop and execute an effective contact strategy to maximise presence, influence and results.
About You
- You have a strong work ethic, resilience and persistence, and you genuinely have a desire to champion the Tiny Rebel culture and brand.
- You’re curious, motivated and passionate about learning and personal development.
- You have a strong interest in the beer category and a desire to deepen your knowledge.
- You demonstrate ownership and accountability, taking personal responsibility for results and leading by example.
- You build excellent relationships with customers, consumers and internal/external stakeholders.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- You are comfortable working with targets and performance based goals.
