Field Sales Advisor
Location: Oxfordshire, London, Surrey, or West Sussex
Salary: £29,500 + benefits
Uncapped Commission: up to 10% of sales value
OTE: £63,000
The role is 5 days in the field.
We’ll provide comprehensive training, to give you all the skills needed to help you to become a successful and valued member of our super sales team.
We are part of the Gigabit broadband revolution and provide full fibre broadband to residential homes and businesses in the West Sussex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and West London areas.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about reaching out to customers in their homes so that they can enjoy our fantastic services. The role includes attracting potential customers, customer visits in designated areas, presenting the company's product offerings, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales.

- Engaging with local residents door to door advising them that full fibre broadband to the premises is now available for them to switch to & closing sales
- Consulting with residents and gaining understanding of their current broadband provider, current speeds they are receiving, current products, and contract lengths.
- Educating residents on the value of full fibre to the premises vs traditional copper wire broadband providers.
- Recording data accurately and in line with GDPR regulation
- Attending local events and promotional functions and creating brand awareness
- Prospecting your community areas and new builds released
- Working hours Monday – Friday (some weekends for events, days off in lieu)
Skills Required:
- Full UK driver's license
- Own transport
- Sales experience is required and full product & systems training will be provided
- An excellent communicator
- Confident and engaging, with the ability to build rapport
- A positive mental attitude and determined approach toward sales
- A genuine passion for sales and desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Computer skills to track sales calls and information on our CRM system (training given)
- Negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to build positive and effective relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently reach targets
- Organisation skills with good time management

Commission Scheme (monthly):
- 1-9 sales – 6% of contract value
- 10-14 sales – 7% of contract value
- 15-19 sales – 8% of contract value
- Any more over 19 – 10% of contract value
Example: over 19 sales, commission would be calculated at 10% of the overall contract value £700 would be £70 for every sale.
We expect the Sales Trainee to reach 10 sales per week by month 2 - OTE at this rate is £63,000.
