Field Sales Advisor – Self-employed, part-time, commission only – NO COLD CALLING

Attractive OTE - uncapped commission - paid per sale

Based Inverness, covering northern Scotland - two to three days a week

Every appointment is pre-booked and pre-qualified for you. No cold calling, no lead generation, just experienced, in-home selling with a market leading product that meets a genuine need.

We have a part-time, self-employed opportunity for a field sales advisor based in the Inverness area to cover the northern Scotland, working two to three days a week. It suits someone who wants flexible, well-paid work they can build around other commitments.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out pre-booked, pre-qualified appointments in customers' homes, arranged for you by our telesales team
  • Assessing which homelift suits each customer and talking them through their options
  • Closing the sale while keeping the customer's needs front and centre
  • Earning uncapped commission, your income is driven directly by the sales you close

What you'll need

  • A proven track record in face-to-face, in-home sales (B2C). This is essential, as you'll need to hit the ground running
  • Strong people skills and a genuine interest in finding the right solution for each customer
  • Excellent communication skills and first-class personal presentation
  • Drive, determination, and a real desire to help people
  • Excellent organisation skills, time-keeping and diary management
  • A keen eye for detail
