Field Sales & Business Development Executive HF1360326
Location: Rowley Regis Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £62,000)
This is a highly autonomous field-based opportunity for a driven salesperson who enjoys meeting customers, creating opportunities and closing deals. Every day is different, and your success will be rewarded.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers.
- Present solutions, negotiate proposals and secure new contracts.
- Track activity, pipeline and forecasts accurately.
- Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.

What You Bring
- Experience in sales, business development or a commercial customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated and target driven approach.
- Strong organisation and pipeline management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
